Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintaining visual merchandise standards and performing store measurements.
• Performing cycle counts, signage hanging, and merchandise assembly.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

Working Conditions
Primarily indoor with moderate noise. Shifts vary, often with long periods of travel between store locations in your personal vehicle. Must adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

Physical Requirements
Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing. Must be able to operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
