Assist store leadership in executing operational, sales, and merchandising objectives to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.;
Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, and add value while resolving issues.;
Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising activities, price changes, and loss prevention.;
Supervise and train Team Members, delegate duties via the daily planner, and ensure safety of birds and compliance with policies.;
Operate cash register and related systems, handle deposits, and complete all required documentation and certifications.
