Location: Griffin Ford – Waukesha, WI

Pay: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Day shift | Some Saturdays may be required

Griffin Ford is looking for a dependable Detail / Porter to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in clean vehicles, stays motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles after service
• Clean and detail inventory, loaners, and sales vehicles
• Move vehicles around the lot and between departments
• Keep the wash bay, detail area, and shop parking clean and organized
• Help maintain a clean and professional customer-ready appearance at all times
• Assist with general duties as needed (shuttles, retrieving vehicles, etc.)

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission is a plus
• Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all Wisconsin weather
