Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, starting all required systems, handling cash, and ensuring floor and stockroom readiness; open the back door for deliveries.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash unidades to the safe, and provide correct change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience—greet customers and patients, offer assistance with products and services, resolve issues, and answer questions.
• Share customer‑service best practices with team members to sustain a positive experience.
• Assist and coach staff on warehouse and vendor ordering processes, and open the back door for vendor deliveries.
• Register all sales at the assigned cash register, documenting scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price changes, and voids.
• Help the manager or assistant store manager review order exceptions, reverse logistics, and display development; complete resets and revisions.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across basic departments, the stockroom, and overstock areas.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products such as alcohol and tobacco.
• Assist with bookkeeping—cash reports, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly store environment; request repairs and maintenance as required.
• Separate food items per policy, perform FIFO stock rotation, and place products appropriately.
• Assist at the pharmacy out window as requested.
• Conduct bag checks of team members before store closure.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key‑holder work experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Consideration of applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
