The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots and hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations often with personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle and contact birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
• Operate equipment like forklift (if age permits).
• Sit, lift 50 pounds, drive, stand, walk, kneel, reach overhead.
• Move merchandise safely and quickly throughout the store.
