This is a permanent PART‑TIME role. Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.

Locations & Workdays

• Grocery – Oconomowoc, WI 53066 – Wednesday or Thursday
• Retailer – Delafield, WI 53018 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Responsibilities

• Perform in‑store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use a downloadable app on mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.
• Provide quantity of about 45% of the products scanned.
• Complete Display Scanning for the entire store each week.
• Perform Custom Projects as requested, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours of work for those weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain quality, dependence, and autonomy.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend, stoop, or stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
