• Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome
• Maintaining positive guest relations and displaying “spotlight” behaviors
• Anticipating guests’ needs and responding promptly
• Bussing and resetting tables according to established standards
• Assisting servers and hosts to provide quality service
• Keeping chairs and floors clear of debris
• Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor

• Ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift and lift up to 25 pounds
• Prior customer service or food industry experience is helpful, but not required
