A summer camp food service provider is seeking an experienced Special Diets (Allergen) Chef/Sous Chef to manage culinary operations during the camp season. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety for a variety of dietary restrictions, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' commercial kitchen experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
