Restaurant Team Member

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides and supports excellent guest service
• Greeting all guests warmly and promptly
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
• Handle guests inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive and solution-driven attitude
• Maintains proper personal hygiene and a well‑groomed uniformed appearance
• Follows company safety standards and attendance policies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support teammates and contribute to a fun, high‑energy environment

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months of cashier experience in a QSR setting - Preferred
• Must meet minimum age requirements to operate equipment
• Reading, writing and communication skills
• Maintains a sense of urgency while working
• Be able to successfully pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
• Flexibility regarding working shifts and extended hours such as nights, weekends and holidays.
