Shift Manager

Job Description

This position is located at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA, and is responsible for all employment matters.

As a Shift Manager you will lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. You’ll provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift, manage quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift. You may also help assigned departments meet their goals and maintain target metrics.

• Previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal eligibility to manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant (must be 18 years or older).
