• Audit all food safety‑related quality processes to ensure Quality group leaders and technicians are maintaining all process parameters.
• Audit product quality reports on all processing lines to ensure proper grade levels are being recorded and customer requirements are being satisfied.
• Work with the Quality Systems Manager, production and packaging staff to continually improve and maintain the quality of existing product.
• Develop a working knowledge of equipment (adjustment and troubleshooting maximizing output and quality by controlling process parameters) to support coaching and mentorship of team members.

• No prior quality experience needed, willing to train - leadership experience preferred
• Associate degree in Food Science Biological Science; or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of GFSI, government, and industry quality assurance codes and standards
• Strong computer skills required
• Must be flexible to support business needs that include weekends and other off‑shifts

Pay Range: $65,000 to $80,000
