This role is an on site role at our Nekoosa and Wisconsin Rapids location. While we are open to our M2S Group headquarter location in Appleton, preference is to be located at our Nekoosa headquarters.

What You’ll Do

As our next Quality Manager, you’ll:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of quality engineers.

Own and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) across the sites.

Champion a data-driven, customer-focused quality culture.

Partner with teams across operations, supply chain, commercial, and R&D.

Drive continuous improvement projects and lead root-cause investigations.

Maintain and report key quality metrics to senior leadership.

Lead our plants toward quality metric achievement, including: >99.5% Q-Metric performance,
