--0 [Building Maintenance] As a Groundskeeper at Three Pillars, you'll:
Maintain grounds by cutting, trimming, mulching, watering and fertilizing grass;
Observe and report problems with exterior of buildings;
Plant, prune, weed, fertilize and water outside plants and flowers;
Ensure machinery and equipment are in proper working order;
Complete general maintenance when needed or during inclement weather;
Actively recognize and appropriately respond to customer needs.
