Emergency Veterinarian (with optional Senior Associate Track) – Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center, Kenosha, WI

Emergency Veterinarian position with an optional Senior Associate Track. • Manage a variety of small animal ER cases
• Option to perform ER surgeries
• Use clinical skills independently and make confident decisions in fast-paced situations
• Contribute to a culture of high-quality, compassionate care

• Internship-trained or a minimum of 2 years of emergency experience
• Comfortable managing high caseloads and working independently
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
• Positivity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset on the ER floor

For experienced ER doctors seeking leadership and mentoring, this track blends clinical practice with professional development and team support.

• Lead Our ER Immerse Training Program — design, deliver, and refine hands-on learning for new graduates
• Serve as a mentor and curriculum contributor — support in-hospital continuing education
• Set the clinical standard — stay on the floor, guide complex cases, model best practices
• Support growth and community — participate in DVM recruiting and build relationships with referring veterinarians
