• Clinical Excellence:
  Prepare and administer medications and treatments with precision, strictly following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Advanced Documentation:
  Maintain meticulous daily electronic records of resident care, assessments, and clinical interventions to ensure 5-star compliance.
• Order Management:
  Efficiently transcribe physician orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate directly with the pharmacy to ensure seamless medication delivery.
• Resident Advocacy:
  Monitor physical and emotional changes in residents, acting as a vital link between the resident, the family, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Unit Leadership:
  Mentor and supervise CNAs to ensure all care is delivered with the highest standards of dignity and quality.

  Perform all other clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing to support our mission of excellence.

• Licensure:
  Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
