• 1st Shift: Part Time
• 8‑Hour Shifts
• 65‑Bed Facility
• MUST be licensed in Wisconsin

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well‑being

• Current RN or LPN – Wisconsin
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team‑focused attitude
• Passion for improving the lives of residents
