Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Viroqua, WI (54665). 12-week travel RN assignment at a critical access hospital ideal for perioperative nurses with recent OR experience. Join a dedicated surgical team providing orthopedic, general, podiatry, and cataract surgical care in scenic Viroqua, Wisconsin.

• Location: Viroqua, Wisconsin (54665) — Southwest Wisconsin travel nursing opportunity
• Assignment Type: Travel RN / Travel Operating Room RN
• Setting: Critical Access Hospital – 4 Operating Rooms (perioperative / surgical nursing)
• Start Date: March 5, 2026
• End Date: May 28, 2026
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts with staggered start times after 6:00 am
• Call: Shared call, 5-6 days/month (20-minute response time required)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130 per week

• Active RN license (must meet facility/state requirements)
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience (perioperative / surgical nursing)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to respond within 20 minutes when on call
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills

• Function primarily as the Circulating RN in the Operating Room (perioperative role)
• Assist with recovery care as needed and support surgical throughput
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
• Provide compassionate perioperative care and patient education before, during, and after surgery
• Participate in shared call rotation and respond promptly when needed
