What You’ll Do- Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety
- Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly
- Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs
- Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
- Completed CNA/STNA course with current state licensure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Excellent attendance and reliability
