Full-Time (ADON) Assistant Director of Nursing

• Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
• Oversee the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new nursing staff.
• Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

• Prior experience managing staff required.
• Previous long term care experience as a ADON Director of Nursing is preferred.

• Must have an Active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
• Registered Nurse License in WI is Preferred.
