• Shift: 12-hour evening/night shifts (6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.), including some weekends

  36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1990 - $2130 per week
• Charting System:
  Epic Care Inpatient – EMR
• Dress Code:
  Navy blue scrubs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Proficient in titrating drips, cardiac monitoring, and managing respiratory support systems (ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP)
• Ability to independently interpret cardiac strips

• Provide high-quality patient care to ICU patients with conditions such as Afib-RVR, DKA, alcohol withdrawal, and COVID pneumonia
• Titrate intravenous drips (e.g., cardizem, insulin) and perform advanced cardiac monitoring
• Manage and monitor respiratory support equipment
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document care accurately in Epic Care EMR
• Float to Med Surg unit as needed if ICU is closed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
