• Location: Edgerton Care Center – Edgerton, WI (On-site)
• Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
• Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling; you choose what fits your schedule

A clinically competent, registered professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsible parties and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN plans, supervises and evaluates care of each patient/resident. The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.

• $38.00 – $44.56 per hour dependent on experience
• PLUS $2.00 per hour PM and $2.50 per hour NOC shift differentials

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Assess residents and report changes promptly
• Document care in the EMR
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Required:

• Active RN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
• CPR certified
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
• Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience

• Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days
