We are seeking an experienced Travel RN or LPN for a 13–14 week Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) assignment in Wisconsin. This is a Weekend Warrior position offering a guaranteed full-time schedule with a mix of day and evening shifts. An ASAP start is available.

Assignment Details

• Location: Wisconsin

• Contract Length: 13–14 weeks

• Start Date: February 2, 2026 (or sooner)

• Schedule:

  • Friday PM: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: Mix of Days and PM shifts

• Shift Range: 5:45 AM – 10:15 PM

• Position Type: Weekend Warrior

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

• Support resident comfort, safety, and quality of care during weekend coverage

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Ability to work weekend-focused schedules with day and evening shifts

• Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
