The RN assists the physician in the care and teaching of patients.

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Residence, with experience in IV therapy.
• The ability to assess patient needs and condition.
• Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide a BLS course within the first 30 days).
• Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred. Critical care nurses are encouraged to apply.

This is a PRN position working up to 19 hours per week to cover for busy days and vacations.
