We are seeking a qualified Travel LPN or RN for a 13–14 week Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) assignment in Wisconsin. This role is covering a vacancy and offers a day-shift schedule with guaranteed full-time hours and an ASAP start.

Assignment Details

• Location: Wisconsin

• Contract Length: 13–14 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Shift: Day shift

• Hours: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM

• Schedule: Includes weekends as scheduled

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license

• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Ability to work day shifts consistently

• Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
