Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Edgerton Care Center

Base Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Edgerton Care Center – Edgerton, WI (on-site)

Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling – you choose what fits your schedule

Job Summary: The LPN must be a clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision / delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members.

Compensation Details: $28.00 – $32.83 per hour dependent on experience plus $2.00 per hour PM and $2.50 per hour NOC shift differentials.

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Assess residents and report changes promptly
• Document care in the EMR
• Monitor performance and mentor CNAs
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Complete all other duties as assigned

• Required:
  • Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing).
  • CPR certified.
  • Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements.
  • Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred:
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
  • Clinical experience.
