Director of Nursing (DON) – Full‑Time 1st Shift

Up to $120,000 per year, salary negotiable based on experience. Generous benefit package including Unlimited PTO.

• Overall clinical management of the center, ensuring quality of care and customer service by the clinical services department.
• Accountable for resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, an effective clinical plan, and implementation of center core clinical programs.
• Act as the center’s clinical representative in the center and the community.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations by completing daily rounds of the entire center premises.

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Demonstrated nursing management experience in a long‑term care setting.
