Certified Nursing Assistant - Nursing & Rehab Center - Day Shift
Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Upland Hills Health – Dodgeville Hospital Campus
Role & Department: Certified Nursing Assistant in the Nursing & Rehab Center (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Hours & Shift: Part-time to Full-time .5 to 1.0 FTE day shift; weekend and holiday rotation
Role Responsibilities- Provide general nursing assistant services.
- Assist in direct patient care and observe patients for specified changes in conditions.
- Assist in activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility/ambulation, environment maintenance, and patient safety.
- Monitor resident status and notify the nurse of any inability or refusal to follow the treatment regimen.
- Work under the direction of the nurse in charge.
- Active Nursing Assistant certification listed in the State of Wisconsin and Federal Registries.
- CPR completion preferred; required upon hire.
- Prior nursing assistant experience is preferred but not required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records is beneficial.
