Position Title: Welder/Fabricator
Wage: $54,990 - $60,320 per year
Shift: 1st or 2nd
Hours: First Shift: Start times at 5 AM, 6 AM, or 7 AM, working 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday (Fridays flexible);
Second Shift: 3:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday-Thursday

• Metal-core welding, fabricating, laying out, positioning, aligning, and fitting parts for heavy structural steel products.
• Attention to detail is critical, as fabricated pieces must be inspected to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Several years of experience with complex welding procedures and the ability to read detailed blueprints is highly preferred.

• Pass a 2F weld test
• Ability to operate grinders approximately 15 hours per week
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Strong situational awareness and attention to safety
• Ability to be trained on and operate overhead cranes
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
