Position Title: Welder/Fabricator

Wage: $54,990 – $60,320 per year

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: First

Shift: Start times at 5 AM, 6 AM, or 7 AM, working 10-hour shifts Monday–Friday (Fridays flexible)
Second

Shift: 3:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday–Thursday

Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Metal-core welding, fabricating, laying out, positioning, aligning, and fitting parts for heavy structural steel products.
- Attention to detail is critical, as fabricated pieces must be inspected to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Several years of experience with complex welding procedures and the ability to read detailed blueprints is highly preferred.

Requirements for Welder/Fabricator:
- Pass a 2F weld test
- Ability to operate grinders approximately 15 hours per week
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Strong situational awareness and attention to safety
- Ability to be trained on and operate overhead cranes
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
