Job Description:
About the Role:
The Inventory Samples Coordinator at the Manawa location provides support to the warehouse team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve inventory accuracy throughout the plant.

You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

Important Details:

• Performs cycle counts and recounts utilizing SAP.
• Adjusts inventory balances in computer for damage, samples, etc. as needed.
• Order and packager samples from the warehouse for customer and sales staff.
• Participate and assist with the Chep inventory counts.

This is a full-time, on-site role on First Shift, Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts and weekends.

About You:
You'll fit right in if you have:

• Working knowledge of a WMS system, preferably SAP, utilized for inventory purposes
• UPS software knowledge
• Experience operating powered industrial trucking equipment.
