Dry Blending Machine Operator - Owen, WI

Our client in Owen, WI is seeking a Dry Blend Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have similar work previous experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Dry Blend Operator
Location: Owen, WI
Pay Range: $24.20
Shift: 6pm – 6am, 2-2-3 schedule

What’s the Job?

• Safely sets-up and operates equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
• Check for any defects or malfunctions that may affect the quality of the product being produced or work being performed.
• Accurately maintain records and documentation as required
• Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety.
• Communicate with other team members, such as supervisors, quality control personnel, or other machine operators to coordinate production activities and ensure production goals are met

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in the job function or similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in various environments including hot, cold, wet and/or humid conditions
