Food Production

Our client in Barron & Almena is seeking Production team members to join their dedicated workforce. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production team supporting the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality cheese products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Food Production

Location: Barron & Almena, WI

Pay Range: $16.50 - $18/hr

Shift: 1st (7a-3p, Mon-Fri), 2nd (3p-11p, Mon-Fri) & 3rd (11p-7a, Mon-Fri)

What's the Job?

• Work on production lines converting and packaging cheese products
• Unbox and load cheese products for processing
• Clean and sanitize equipment and the processing area
• Help maintain a safe working environment by following all safety rules
• Ensure only safe, quality products are produced by adhering to good manufacturing practices

• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment
