Didion is seeking an experienced Grain Site Manager to lead daily operations in grain receiving, storage, and ethanol loadout. If you have strong experience in grain elevator management, grain handling, and supervising teams
, this is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role that impacts food, fuel, and feed production.
- Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year
- Location: Cambria, WI
- Lead and develop a high-performing grain operations team
- Manage grain receiving, storage, and ethanol loadout activities
- Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee inventory control programs and USDA/FDA compliance
- Support production through coordination with cross-functional teams
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement
- Lead capital projects and equipment reliability initiatives
- Maintain strong customer service and operational responsiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Agronomy, Grain Science, or related field (preferred)
- OR 5+ years of grain operations experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of grain handling, commodity markets, and elevator operations
- Ability to learn and use operational and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
