Load‑Out Technician
Join Didion as a Load‑Out Technician, a critical role that ensures safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain‑based food products. You’ll be cross‑trained on multiple systems—giving you flexibility, skills, and career growth.
LocationCambria, WI
Available Shifts- 6 am – 6 pm (2‑2‑3)
- 6 pm – 6 am (4 on/4 off)
- Night shift: +$3/hr premium + 40 additional hours of PTO
$21 – $25 per hour
Sign‑On Bonus$5,000

- Manufacturing experience (food environment ideal)
- Ability to operate/learn automated equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Forklift experience (certification provided)
- DCS experience preferred but not required
- Lift 55 lbs
- Work in noise, dust, heat, cold
- Climb stairs/ladders; work at heights over 20’
