Manufacturing Metalcraft of Mayville Plastics Group Overview Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Trimmer is responsible for trimming, flaming, finishing plastic parts and sorting/counting order qauntities. 2nd Shift Hours (2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday)

* Trim excess plastic from parting lines.
* Inspect product and communicate findings back to the machine operators.
* Assemble product in accordance with the specific work instructions.
* Data entry and basic computer functions.
* Select correct hand tooling for the job task with setup documents or supervisor/lead assistance.
* Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
* Account for time and work completed via online computer data collection system.
* Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance.
* Report and document basic material, production and quality control issues.
* Maintain performance log books on assigned area equipment, report deficiencies to the maintenance team.
* Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level.
* Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.
* Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
* A High School diploma or GED Equivalent is preferred.
* Previous experience working within a highly technical environment.
* Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continuous improvement. Compensation details: 7.24-7.25 -
