Work closely with quality leadership and production teams
- Perform penetrant and magnetic particle inspection on castings per customer and military specifications
- Inspect castings according to purchase orders, shop cards, and blueprints
- Accept or reject castings based on applicable inspection standards
- Maintain inspection booths, inspection equipment, and work areas
- Accurately complete inspection logs and process documentation
- Report non‑conforming material issues to the Quality Manager
- Support additional quality functions as needed
- Assist in other manufacturing or inspection areas when required
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience - Certification: SNT‑TC‑1A Level II (certified by a qualified Level III)
- Experience:
- Prior hands‑on experience in penetrant and/or magnetic particle inspection
- Background in inspecting castings or industrial components
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills
- Ability to read blueprints and inspection documentation
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
