The typical work schedule entails regular business hours, averaging at least 40 hours per week. For this role of Class 5-Level I Machine Operator
, you'll work four 10‑hour shifts from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday—enjoy a long weekend every week! There may be some variation in work hours due to overtime, special projects, deadlines, and other concerns.

Chilton, WI

• Perform efficient machine set‑up and operation.
• Maintain communication with mixers, line associates, and during shift change.
• Comply with all safety rules and company policies.
• Perform inspection of bags for quality seals and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Understand and know the goals and objectives of the department.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Report any food safety issues to authorized personnel for correction.

• Ability to operate forklift and handcart safely.
• Ability to lift up to 105 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, turn, and climb.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and work safely.

• Work performed in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Work temperatures can vary due to outside conditions.
