Shift: 10:00PM - 6:00AM plus overtime

Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for an   
** Enamel Cell Operator**   **(Floor Helper Back 40)
** to join our team in Enamel Shop. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

** Crafting Excellence:
Your Responsibilities*
* + Position is in the Enamel Shop.

+ Working from a daily schedule, the ground coat material handler picks up ware from the casting finishing storage area and trucks skids of castings to the proper staging area in ground coat.

+

Responsibilities include:

Recording material movements accurately with a scanning device. Loading skids on the ground coat lines for spraying. Returning empty pallets and defective castings to proper areas in casting finishing.

+ Communicating with supervision to help ensure that ground coat has materials to meet daily production requirements.

+ Must learn enamel shop part numbers.

+ Ability to operate a forklift is required.

+ Lifting requirements are up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

** Preferred Qualifications*

+ 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
