Assembly Production Worker

Twin City Staffing is seeking reliable and detail- oriented assembly production workers to join a growing company near Hudson, WI! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and thrive in a team-focused production environment. Full-time and part-time shifts are available!

Location: Hudson, WI

Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours:

• 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday
• 2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the assembly production worker:

• Assemble small components following written and verbal instructions
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Solder, crimp, and tin wires as needed
• Support multiple departments through cross-training
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

Requirements of the assembly production worker:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
