Base pay range
$24.50/hr - $38.75/hr
Schedule: 1st or 3rd Shift (7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM) | 2-2-3 Schedule
Training: 1st Shift (7 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: 1st Shift ($24.50 - $36/hr) | Night Shift ($21.45 - $38.50) (Journeyman Card Required for Top Pay)
Retention Bonus: Up to $5,000 + Production Bonus

Job Responsibilities Perform all bench, machine, and finishing operations to alter and condition complex plastic injection molding dies and fixtures.Work from special instructions to improve mold designs and performance.Monitor mold functionality, inspect work, and ensure quality standards.Operate all Tool Room machines and perform advanced machine setups.Troubleshoot and repair hot runner systems in high-cavitation molding.Perform machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.Train and mentor Toolmakers, Machinists, and Technicians, including new hires.Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the tooling trade and plastic injection molding.Strong expertise in hot runner systems, electrical troubleshooting, and high-cavitation molding.Experience with bi-injection and stack tooling.State-indentured apprenticeship or equivalent technical knowledge.Forklift certification (training provided).Ability to perform welding, soldering, and brazing operations.Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, But a Plus!)
Knowledge of NC programming and CAD software.Strong organizational and computer skills.Experience with welding and fabrication.What We Offer
