, you’ll be a key player in producing high-quality grain-based food products that reach millions. If you love variety, problem-solving, and working with high-tech equipment—this job is calling your name.

Schedule:

6am–6pm, 2-2-3 rotating (built-in long weekends!).
Compensation: $22-$25/hour (based on experience)

• Keep packaging equipment running smoothly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot jams, seals, and equipment issues quickly
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
• Complete paperwork and data entry for outbound shipments
• Deep clean production lines between orders
• Continuously learn, grow, and expand into new skills and roles

• High school diploma or GED
• Computer comfort + basic driving skills (forklift experience = bonus!)
• Manufacturing or food-safe experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and work in hot, cold, dusty environments
• Comfort with heights, stairs, confined spaces, and physical work
