Paint Line Support

Overview

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Paint Line Support to assist the paint department in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role involves loading parts, masking, packaging, paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

• Load and unload parts onto the paint line per instructions on the paint line monitor.
• Use lifting devices when needed.
• Mask parts per instructions on the monitor.
• Package parts properly for safe shipment and count parts accurately.
• Complete paperwork, quality sign‑off sheets, and job travelers.
• Clean and organize work area.
• Assist the Paint Line Supervisor or Leads person with additional duties as required.
• Help other department employees when the line has stopped.
• Use visual system to add new jobs as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent education and experience).
• Prior forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and manuals.
• Basic written communication skills.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense and handle problems in standardized situations.

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands for handling, and talk or hear. Frequently reach with hands and arms. Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
