• Acquire in‑depth knowledge to be the go‑to expert of the digital printers as it relates to setup, operation, training, and maintenance.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously in various design phases for both Manufacturing & R&D.
• Work closely with team to ensure that projects are completed according to deadlines.
• Edit and implement graphics to support the production of digitally printed products based on knowledge of design principles & printing capabilities.
• Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned to support the digital printing efforts.
• Assist and manage the projects associated with the development of new digitally printed products.
• Perform other duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team and/or company mission.
• Maintain safety, quality, training, & operating procedures for the digital printers.
• Train operators to safely operate the digital printers while producing quality products at a productive pace.
• Collaborate as part of a team to develop innovative products and processes which ensures WSC has a competitive advantage in the market.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding which facilitates the ability to operate existing digital equipment and associated processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functionality issues with OEM.
