Location:

Markesan, WI.

Hours:

Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM. Starting Pay: $22-$25/hour.

• As a Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are packed and shipped with precision and care. Your day-to-day will include:
• Monitoring packing equipment and systems to keep production running smoothly
• Troubleshooting and maintaining pack line machinery
• Supporting warehouse operations, including forklift use and loading/unloading shipments
• Performing quality checks and preparing samples for testing
• Completing paperwork and data entry for shipped loads
• Deep cleaning lines between production runs
• Growing your skills through training and development opportunities

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (technical training is a plus)
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to learn)
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, especially in food-safe environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Physical ability to lift 55 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (hot, cold, dusty)
