Finishing Machinist Opportunity

Company: American Roller Company — Arcotech Team

Where: Union Grove, WI

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (initial training on 1st shift)

Pay: $23.75 – $26.18/hour, commensurate with experience

• Work on precision steel components using advanced lathes and cylindrical grinders.
• Own quality outcomes by holding Dia, TIR, and taper to spec.
• Use top-tier metrology tools—micrometers, dial indicators, profilometers—guided by clear blueprints.
• Apply GD&T daily to align with design intent.
• Keep multiple machine centers running smoothly and on schedule.
• Handle materials safely with hoists and slings.
• Adjust processes with production software to drive consistency and throughput.
• Collaborate closely with your team and supervisor to meet customer expectations.

• Direct experience on lathe machining centers and cylindrical grinding (required).
• Strong machine setup capability and mastery of Dia/TIR/taper tolerancing.
• Comfort with micrometers, dial indicators, profilometers.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Proven experience running multiple machine centers and using related software.
• Knowledge of hoists and slings for safe lifting.
