Overview

Finishing Machinist Opportunity

Company: American Roller Company — Arcotech Team

Where: Union Grove, WI

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (initial training on 1st shift)

Pay: $23.75 – $26.18/hour, commensurate with experience

What It Takes
  • Direct experience on lathe machining centers and cylindrical grinding (required).
  • Strong machine setup capability and mastery of Dia/TIR/taper tolerancing.
  • Comfort with micrometers, dial indicators, profilometers.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
  • Proven experience running multiple machine centers and using related software.
  • Knowledge of hoists and slings for safe lifting.
  • Detail-driven mindset and pride in producing high-quality work.
