Ashley Furniture - 19226 US Hwy 121 [Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker] As a Gantry/Short Blocking Operator at Ashley Furniture, you'll:
Operate gantry equipment for foam pouring and positioning;
Perform short blocking by adjusting pour settings and cutting foam blocks to specified lengths;
Monitor production line for proper foam density, size, and quality;
Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance or report issues promptly;
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and chemical handling procedures;
Maintain accurate production records.
