Wire Feed Welder

4-Day Workweek | Ridgeland, WI

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior welding experience and must be able to pass a welding test.

• Perform wire fed welding on steel and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work orders.
• Fabricate, fit, and weld parts to specifications.
• Operate shop tools and equipment safely.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

• Welding experience required (shop or field experience considered).
• Candidates must be able to pass a welding test.
• Strong Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time.
