Production Supervisor

Overview

The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for growing communities. We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking a Production Supervisor for County Prestress at our Roberts, WI location.

• Supervises, schedules, and approves time and evaluates performance for the production team
• Supervises all production activities
• Responsible for meeting production goals
• Responsible for department quality and safety
• Responsible for the maintenance and purchase of manufacturing supplies
• Reports to Operations manager
• Coordinates with Dispatch, Quality Control, and Yard staff
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Other tasks as needed

• Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures
• Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards
• Work in a noisy environment

• Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds occasionally
• Carrying/Lifting > 40 Pounds rarely
• Standing / Walking / Climbing
• Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending
• Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.
• Exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operation
• Ability to perform well as a team
• Self-motivator and must be flexible in order to accommodate needs of your team.
• Safety minded when performing tasks
• Ability and willingness to learn and be trained
