Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for County Prestress at our Roberts, WI, location.

• Supervises, schedules, and approves time and evaluates performance for the production team
• Supervises all production activities
• Responsible for meeting production goals
• Responsible for department quality and safety
• Responsible for the maintenance and purchase of manufacturing supplies
• Reports to Operations manager
• Coordinates with Dispatch, Quality Control, and Yard staff
• Relies on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Other tasks as needed

Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures; work near moving machinery and equipment – could include electrical hazards; work in a noisy environment.

• Carrying/Lifting 10‑40 pounds occasionally
• Carrying/Lifting >40 pounds rarely
• Standing / Walking / Climbing
• Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending
• Pushing / Pulling / Reaching above shoulder

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6‑8 years of related experience
• Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
• Exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operation
• Ability to perform well as a team
• Self‑motivator and must be flexible to accommodate needs of your team
• Safety‑minded when performing tasks
• Ability and willingness to learn and be trained
