Night Warehouse Cooler Picker

Job Brief:

• Picks Product orders by sales order and inventory item, placing finished order in box or shipping container, without damage or mistake.

• Hand selects orders for customers using a voice-operated headset in a cooler environment.
• Stack product on pallets following proper selecting procedures, for example, no stacking heavy on light, labels facing out, etc.
• Be able to operate an electric pallet jack to transport the picked products to the loading dock.
• Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jacks, the voice operated headset, and personal protective equipment.
• Stock products in their appropriate location in the cooler when necessary.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and be productive within a repetitive lifting environment.
• Move in and out of the cooler repeatedly during shift.
  
  Temperature variances from 35 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the day.
• Report damaged or opened stock before placing it into inventory.
• Responsible for keeping work area and aisles clean and free from obstructions.
• Any other associated function required to complete the tasks assigned by the Manager.

• Able to walk, stand and lift products for the majority of work shift.
• Follow company safety procedures for food safety.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Be willing to become forklift certified if not already.

• 4 days per week Monday to Thursday, 5pm start time.

Work all scheduled shifts to receive a $1.00 an hour attendance bonus.
